At Vape Shop Birmingham, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and still have all manufacturer tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailing bag, including the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
